SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description & Business Identity
Matilda Homes Inc provides end-to-end real estate solutions, including buying, selling, renting, and property management in the Oakville, Ontario area. This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, property viewing reminders, service notifications, and promotional messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications through our website at https://matildahomes.ca. Opt-in is collected via web forms with dedicated checkboxes for marketing and non-marketing SMS consent.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (416) 419-3523. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
